Shipping policy

At Preloved Docs, we aim to make delivery as smooth and reliable as possible. We currently offer two convenient shipping options within South Africa:

1. Pudo Locker Shipping – R69

  • Description: Your order will be delivered to a Pudo locker of your choice nationwide.

  • Collection: You can collect at a time that suits you, using the unique PIN sent via SMS or email.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Estimated 2–4 business days from dispatch.

  • Requirements: Please ensure the mobile number provided at checkout is correct, as it will be used for your collection PIN and updates.

  • Note: Orders not collected within the Pudo locker’s holding period may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.

2. Door-to-Door Shipping – R99

  • Description: Your order will be delivered directly to your daytime delivery address.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Estimated 2–4 business days from dispatch.

  • Requirements: Ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel during delivery hours.

  • Note: If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange a suitable time. Additional fees may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.

General Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery Delays: While we aim to meet estimated timeframes, delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Restricted Delivery Areas: Some remote or outlying areas may require longer delivery times or incur additional surcharges.
